State Printing House Plc. has been producing a wide variety of securities, security products, shares and stamps for 150 years. Production, secure storage and handling of the securities represent tasks based on full confidence and involve substantial financial responsibility.
The specialists of the Document Security Laboratory of State Printing House Plc. are prepared to develop entire document security systems, device image, graphic design and protection plans, as well as to develop and produce on an experimental basis various special papers and printing raw-materials.

The State Printing House Plc has won a HUF 66 million support for its nanotechnology R&D project totaling HUF 164 million on the tender for the Central Hungary Operational Program of the New Hungary Development Plan. Use of the nanotechnology in security inks may contribute to reduce falsification as well as to fight against the black economy. The trade partner of our Corporation in the development aiming at the production and use of nano-dispersions contained by the special security materials is the Research Institute for Technical Physics and Material Science, of the Hungarian Academy of Sciences. Production of inks applicable for inkjet printers and containing nano-sized security materials will be realized by the support of the European Union, by co-financing of the European Regional Development Fund.
